"Previously I was responsible for the programming of a single machine. Now I can reach over 600 in Rototip’s network. From micro machining to large casting projects I am in contact with hundreds of facilities and operators, constantly learning from them and other team members."

As I came across the job posting, I realized I had to be a part of the team. I was not only asked why they should hire me but why I wanted to join. Then I visited the website, and a new world opened in front of me. I was not aware such a business model existed; how come a company manufacture without owning a single piece of machinery? Turns out, it was possible. I were to control the production process yet wouldn’t be the one designing the pathways for machining or loading the raw material to the machine. This way I can focus on what actually matters, all the technical details and engineering a project requires.

Previously I was responsible for the programming of a single machine. Now I can reach over 600 in Rototip’s network. From micro machining to large casting projects I am in contact with hundreds of facilities and operators, constantly learning from them and other team members. From material collection to meeting tight deadlines, there are many issues one encounters in small quantity and prototype manufacturing, but I embrace the challenge and actually enjoy the effort I am putting to overcome such situations. Love being a member of the team.
