Material certifications 3.1 or 3.2, hardness tests, chemical composition tests, and many more are available at request.

Inspection Reports

FAI (First Article Inspection), Final Inspection (with CMM or Manual), Assembly Fitment Report, and many other documentation are made available upon request.

Production Pictures from Workshop

During multiple site visits, pictures are shared with project owners, mainly in three phases: 1) production starts, 2) initial parts are completed, and 3) full order is ready for shipment.

All engineers at Rototip have their own callipers to quickly measure dimensions such as internal & external length, internal and external diameter, depth and more

Micrometers

We use several different micrometers to accurately measure various dimension on small parts, especially when tight tolerances need to be met

Radius gauges

We use different types of radius gauges to ensure critical radii are manufactured as per the specifications.

Thread gauges

In addition to many other complex thread quality measurement methods, we use thread gauges to quickly check conformity

Thread plug gauges & Ring thread gauges

No single part leaves our premises without having threads checked with plug gauges unless otherwise communicated. We have a very large collection of gauges.

CMM Romer Absolute Arm

Mobile CMM device for large parts, accurate up to 37 microns. We also use tens of different measurement devices through independent third parties.
